BPD Guide For Kids: Age 2-5

In the blog post “How To Explain BPD To Your Kids (And Why You Should)“, I wrote examples of how you could explain borderline personality disorder to your children. This post is a simple guide to help explain the disorder to your toddler or preschooler.

Below is an easy to follow slideshow, explaining how BPD makes you feel (the feelings sickness), and why your child should not worry.

Please note that the age range for this guide is a rough indication and not absolute.

This is great! I tell my son I go to my therapist (brain doctor) and takes medicine to help me be a better mom and not feel too sad. But this explains it more in full.
